Data Analysis
The DiaComp provides the members and general public with a variety of ways to extract, view and analyze the data generated and stored by the consortium. The following menu items provide access to these capabilities. The concept of "phenotype exploration" is to provide the end user with a flexible and robust mechanism to work with the data without imposing pre-digested and canned datasets, charts and analyses.
Datasets
Define criteria for searching DiaComp phenotype data. DiaComp investigators and lab members can save and retrieve criteria.
Statistical Exploration
Users are provided with an interface to statistically evaluate the data stored in DiaComp. We will periodically add to the scope of the types of analysis available.
Chart Exploration
Users are provided with an interface to chart data stored in DiaComp. We will periodically add to the scope of the types of analysis available.
