IMPC Data Query

The goal of the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) is to discover functional insight for every gene by generating and systematically phenotyping 20,000 knockout mouse strains. This page uses the IMPC REST API web services to query and retrieve data generated by the IMPC core phenotyping pipelines for these mice. Because we retrieve the data directly from the IMPC using their web services, there can be delays in the page loads. We currently provide three types of searches: 1) Search by gene symbol 2) Search by phenotyping controlled vocabulary and 3) Search by the procedure or test done on the mice. Click on the button corresponding to the type of search you want to do, type the search term in the text box and click ‘Search'.
