Gross Description
kidney from obese (49.7% fat by DEXA) female. Albumin/creatinine ratio at 21
weeks of age by spot urine test was 36.4; a markedly higher ACR (381) was
recorded by 24 hr urine collection at week 25. The basis for the ACR discrepancy
between spot urine and 24 hr urine collection remains unresolved
Microscopic Description
no visible lesions in glomeruli and tubules
